On trend: Stiletto Nails

Hey Guys!

Happy Super Bowl Sunday! What did you guys do and who did you root for?

Today, was one of those days where you wake up and you don’t leave your bed until the following morning. So, needless to say, even though I really wanted to, I couldn’t pull myself out of bed to get into nice clothes for the game(PLUS: we were staying home for the game…so, another reason why I should stay in comfy clothes!) So, instead of an OOTD, I thought I’d talk about a trend! This week, I will try to get some ootd’s or maybe a hair diy for you guys?

Anyways, recently I’ve noticed a lot of celebrities with something called Stiletto Nails. On Instagram, people such as Kylie Jenner, Zendaya Coleman, Beyonce have donned the infamous Lana Del Ray inspired nails. They are basically fake nails that sort’ve come together at the top in a pointy manner, almost witch-like. Although, this is a controversial subject, I personally love this trend! I think that if they are done right, they look stunning and very tasteful. {I have definitely seen some done wrong, i mean, google stiletto nails? ew.}

acacia ; zendaya ; beyonce ; kylie

my personal favorite is beyonce’s. i am absolutely in love with the shiny nails that set off her whole outfit. {also, who agree’s with me when I say that nails and earrings complete the outfit lemmeh see your hands up} and they just set the tone for the whole outfit, she has a tasteful pink dress, without anything flashy except for the nails.

UGH love Love LOVE!

what do you guys think of this nail trend?

I hope you guys have a good week! talk to you soon 🙂
